• Please Note: Customized orders are final and cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances, except in the case of damage.

No Exchange and No Refund Policy

At Kurtawala Store, we want you to love your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. Please carefully consider your choices before placing an order.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. You will need to provide a photo of the damage for review.
• Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Information: No refunds will be issued if the customer provides incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
